Our gels are ideal shortly before or during intensive sessions lasting 45 minutes or more. The optimized 1:0.8 glucose-fructose ratio allows for maximum carbohydrate absorption – more than with glucose alone.
Dosing guidelines:
- 45-75 min: 1 gel
- 1-2.5 hrs: 1-2 gels per hour
- Over 2.5 hrs: up to 3 gels per hour
